In production lines of rechargeable batteries such as nickel-hydrogen battery and lithium-ion battery, etc, pneumatic products must be copper-free, nickel-free, and/or zinc free based on specifications required by each process.
Our pneumatic products can be chosen from two categories, B1 or B2, on a basis of specifications.
B1:
Material: Copper is not used in outside and sliding parts. Cu+ plating is not used.
Surface Treatment: Not limited.
B2:
Material: Copper, nickel, and zinc are not used in outside and sliding parts.
Surface Treatment: Nickel electroplating and zinc plating are not used. Electroless nickel plating is partly used.
In the case of B1 category, some standard products can be used.
