The Hi-speed 2-port Solenoid Valve K2 Series has all advantages of direct acting 2-port valves, such as; compact size of 10mm width, high speed response from 1 to 3ms at the ON time, low power consumption from 2 to 24 W, large flow rate from 55 to 140 lit. at 0.4MPa, environmental protection IP65 equivalent, life of 500 million cycles (depending on the operational conditions), etc. |

What kind of features does the Hi-speed 2-port Solenoid Valve K2 Series have ? |

The K2 Series has been developed in order to materialize the voice of customer; “Can a valve operate more quickly if flow rate is reduced?” and “We want to operate a valve as quickly as possible!”. VOC could not be satisfied with conventional valves because of their constructional difficulty and limited selection range. In response to such VOC, the K2 Series has adopted new patent-pending solenoid technology, which has increased coil efficiency, and has resolved three conflicting elements, high-speed response, low power consumption, compact size but large flow rate.
When you make a selection, a wide range of product variations are available in respect of response time, flow rate and power consumption, so that you can get the best specifications for your application environment. What kind of industrial fields and production lines are suitable for the K2 Series ? |

At present, any kind of applications including chip parts production process, taping machines, parts feeders, etc require the speeding-up of valve operation. Because of the features of the K2 Series; high-speed response and large flow rate, the K2 Series is the best choice for workpiece sorting and handling with high accuracy, and responds to the requirements of shorter tact time and speeding-up.
In addition, blowing in assembling, parts cleaning and ionizer processes can be made intermittently by utilizing the high-speed response and long life of K2 Series, resulting in great reduction of air consumption. |
