| Magnet Type Rodless Cylinder, Flat Rodless is an actuator attaining low speed performance, low center of gravity and non rotation. Low speed performance shows the operating speed at 8mm/s, and approximately 30 percent is reduced in the height direction (Koganei comparison). It can also correspond to stroke adjustable shock absorber specification. It is an environmentally-friendly product in compliance with the RoHS Directive.. |

However, due to flat tube, non-rotating table plus low center of gravity is realized. In addition, Flat Rodless features 8mm/s of the minimum speed, compared to 100mm/s of current magnet type rodless cylinders. Recently, people have a growing interest in the environment, and under such circumstances, this product including sensor switches conforms to the RoHS Directive. |

What kind of industries and production lines are suitable for Flat Rodless ? |

Rodless cylinders are mainly used in conveyor lines, and Flat Rodless has lower height than a rodless cylinder with the same bore, so that it could be optimum for a base machine as the main conveyor of the equipment. In contrary, by using short stroke cylinder with 100mm or so and by using the feature of non rotation, it can be used for setting workpieces. |
