We'll propose "Electric CT Pump" suitable for dispensing photoresist liquid for thin film forming in the wet process and for the quantitative dispensing of polyimide, as well as "Air-driven Tubephragm Pump" for the first time. In addition, new products of "Static Electricity Removing Unit", "Solenoid Valve" and "Shock Absorber" will be shown here.

KOGANEI Products:

Electric CT Pump Next-generation electric dispense pump corresponding to micronizing semiconductor wafers. The world' first CT pump construction is developed, featuring low particle contamination, good bubble removal, simple structure and high accuracy.
Ionizer Bar Type It speedily removes static electricity from a wide work. The newly-developed AC method produces a great quantity of homogeneous ions, which can perform well-balanced high-speed static removal.
Clean System Shock Absorber Low particle generation: Corresponds to cleanliness JIS ISO Class 5 (FED-STD Class 100) in 0.1 micro meter particle equivalent. Silicone-free: No silicone is used in the operating oils and plastic parts.
